Hatha yoga class is running in Quinton Village Hall from 6pm till 7pm every Monday. The class is designed to encourage confidence and promote wellbeing through breath, movement and relaxation. Each class is designed to promote strength and flexibility in the body whilst invoking feelings of balance and calm in the mind. This very popular class is currently fully booked with the possibility of future classes being held in the future.
The class is delivered by Hayley Henderson who is a British Wheel of Yoga member and qualified practitioner. Her ethos is to promote positive wellbeing of her students and and a sense of balance and calm for all who attend.
